For the past 15 years we have strived to provide you with the best possible care for your condition. If you haven't noticed already, you will soon see how very different our clinic is from most chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy clinics. We sincerely want to eliminate your pain and dysfunction as quickly as possible. Here you are not a number. We treat every patient as if they were our own family member. Dr. Figa strives to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible, and in as few visits as possible. Please note that Dr. Figa's shorter treatment plans must be followed closely for optimal results. Missing treatments or going too many days between treatments can create quick setbacks that may cause more visits needed to catch back up.
With copays continually going up and covered visits going down, getting proper treatment can get very expensive. With our mixture of chiropractic, acupuncture/dry needling, massage therapies, and our many myofascial release and rehabilitation therapies there is no need to be seen 3 times per week, week after week, month after month. We strive to stay on the forefront of cutting edge therapeutic and rehab technology in order to get you better faster. We encourage all of our patients to try out the NeuFit neuromuscular rehab machine that allows us to find inactive or underperforming muscles and get them working again. We also offer Radial Pressure Wave (RPW) therapy that is great for many types of chronic conditions and myofascial release. These therapies are a little more expensive than traditional cupping and scraping due to the cost of the machines, but they work to give a better result in a shorter period of time. This actually saves you money in the end. The RPW alone can replace cupping, scraping, manual release, and dry needling all in a shorter treatment time. With most insurance companies barely covering a single therapy with the adjustment, we have to charge extra for certain therapies. Remember, your insurance company is ready and willing to put you on a surgery table, but has zero interest in preventative health care.
As a patient the biggest compliment YOU can give US is a referral of someone else in need. With that referral you will receive a free 30 minute massage to schedule at your convenience. If you have any suggestions on improvements that you think could be made anywhere in the office, please do not hesitate to let us know. Also, please note to give us at least 24 hours cancellation so we can put another patient in that time slot as there are only so many openings per day.
